One Contractor for the Whole Job
A Houston general contractor that holds every trade a remodel or a storm claim touches — and documents the property honestly before quoting a dollar of work.
Building. Renovating. Excelling.
Elite Golden Construction & Services was built around a problem most Texas homeowners have run into at least once: after a storm, or partway into a remodel, the job splits across four companies who each blame the schedule on the other three. A roofer who does not touch the fence. A mitigation crew that dries the house and leaves. A rebuild contractor who cannot start until someone else finishes.
So we hold it all. Interior and exterior remodeling, roofing, windows and doors, fences, insulation, painting, and water damage mitigation are all in-house, which means one inspection, one written scope, one schedule, and one lead who owns the outcome. When a claim is involved, the same documentation that goes to you goes to your adjuster.
We work out of an office on FM 1960 West in Houston and run crews across Greater Houston, the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, and El Paso. The inspection is free everywhere we go, the scope goes in writing before anything starts, and the last invoice does not go out until you have walked the work and signed off on it.
What we stand for
Six standards we hold ourselves to on every project — big or small.
Look First
Inspect and photograph before quoting. Never the other way around.
Write It Down
Scope, materials, dates, and price in writing before work begins.
Own Every Trade
No handoffs, no gaps between contractors, no schedule nobody controls.
Say It Straight
Including when the honest answer is that it does not need replacing.
Respect the House
Protected floors, contained dust, clean site at the end of every day.
Stand Behind It
A written workmanship warranty, and we come back if something fails.
A better service experience, by design
Generic promises are easy. We focus on the habits that actually make the difference.
Four steps from first call to final walkthrough
A clean, predictable process so you always know what's next.
Free Inspection
We walk the property, get on the roof and into the attic where it matters, and photograph what we find. No charge and no obligation.
Written Scope
An itemized scope with materials, a start date, and a finish date. If insurance is involved, the same documentation goes to your carrier.
The Work
Our crews do the job on the schedule we agreed to, across every trade the project touches, with progress updates as it moves.
Walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you, close out the punch list, clean the site, and only then send the final invoice.
Houston based, Texas wide
From the FM 1960 corridor to McAllen, Harlingen, Brownsville, Laredo, and El Paso — crews scheduled regionally so your project is never waiting on a truck from another city.
